We are getting a "found 0 modules but need 5 modules" error in the interpreter. What does this mean?

A: The issue was we were using the wrong COM port. There is the COM number and the hub number and we were using the wrong one (I forget which).

Same error, different solution (06-24-10)----------

I received the same error message even after confirming the correct COM port value. The solution was to reconfigure the SnapHub from "Stand Alone" to "Pass Through". This is done via a small slide switch on the SnapHub's front panel. (A.Dengler)

Generally the issue is the COM port, as you said. By the way, you can also manually change the COM port number of the device via the Device Manager in Windows. I would say that issue is covered by the instructions on this page, but I added the switch setting to the assembly directions. MattBoban 17:47, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
