Would anyone like to share ordered parts, as there is often a much higher minimum number than we actually need. Please let me know.

Materials to Share

I've highlighted in red the items that can be shared. I will just go ahead and order these materials. Please let me know if you're interested in splitting the materials and I will find a way to get the materials to you. Thanks.

The shared materials total comes to $126, which is $63 per person.

I'm interested in sharing these parts. I live near Toronto in Canada. Zymsys

I'd be willing to share, but you didn't leave a datestamp or any contact information! You can see my user page for my email address. Please send me an email if the offer is still valid!--Jacob.bayless 05:20, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Ecological considerations

Vik Olliver from the Waitakere rainforests in New Zealand recently presented RepRap, the self-replicating Rapid Prototyping tool that he is working on with a small team, supported by the University of Bath, here in Vienna. Though they are still in the plastic stage there is considerable progress (see http://www.reprap.org/). I wrote: "And I saw that Vik is completely in line with the idea that we must avoid fossil-fuel-based plastic as soon as we possibly can. He even had some polylactic-acid granulate as the second (and better) solution with him and showed that he is already working in both parallel world." (see http://www.ourculture.info/wiki.cgi?GlobalVillages/FranzNahrada/Blog entry of 14th of September)

My question is: do you have similar considerations?
