Flexeril - How to Treat a Bruised Tailbone

A tailbone is a kind of bone that is large inside onto our body and it is made up of various other bones that is meeting in the lower back part. The another bone in the lower back part is the coccyx. If this will going to fall, this can cause the tailbone to get bruised. In this case, this might happen from slipping on the floor, fall down on stairs or even landing in an awkward position. On the other hand, you may use the flexeril or commonly called as the cyclobenzaprine. Just make sure you will take only 10 mg so that you can avoid some side effects.
To treat a bruised tailbone, you must sit for a long period of time on the hard surface. It is much more better if you will sit on a cushion so that the tailbone can be protected. Use an ice pack to keep the swelling down. Within three days, put the ice pack on your tailbone at least 20 or 30 minutes in every three hours. Take the flexeril 10mg so that the pain will going to be relieve. This kind of pain can be severe you must take the medication which is the flexeril 10mg and avoid some side effects.
