Please post Fab@School design requirements, solutions, and costs.

Strategy for Sequencing:
Students transition from the Silhouette to the CraftROBO Pro toolhead attached to the Fab@School, then to the additive toolhead with syringes.

Phase I:
Moving the handles to the bottom.
Easier way to insert the syringe or delivery system into the toolhead.
Development of a better process of clearing air bubbles.
An easier way to insert the plunger into the syringe.
Designing a removable, clear protective dome so it can be operated without children inserting their fingers during operation.

Intermediate Phase:
Consideration of a larger syringe/reservoir for holding more material.
Development of a toolhead that allows it to be used as a computer-controlled diecutter (similar to CraftROBO Pro head).

Phase II:
Sensor for the Z-axis to automatically align with the syringe.
Mechanism to prevent the plunger from pushing into the syringe tip.
Having an Elmo-style camera providing a feed of the video of the production process.
Rulers on the platform for assiting in visualizing measurement during the production process.
Measurement guides on the syringe.

Software Recommendations:
The addition of a flush function to prepare the syringe for proper flow before fabrication of the actual design begins.
The ability to regulate speed and resolution tradeoffs.
