Put four 2mm thermoplastic inserts into the Z-back plate for the Z axis belt clamps.
Put the 6-32 inserts into the tray support plate. The twelve inserts for the Tray clamps are inserted around the perimeter of the part. The four inserts for attaching the support plate to the assembly are inserted from the opposite side into the smaller holes in the interior.
Put the 10mm bearings into the Z-table top and bottom plates with the flanges on opposite faces of the two plates as shown
Put 6-32 inserts into the eight X/Z pillow blocks only (picture at bottom of page). Do not put inserts into the Y axis pillow blocks (two sets of shorter blocks).

Attach Z-Table bottom plate to the Z-table back plate
Attach the Z-table sides and Z-table middle spar to the assembly.
Attach the Z-Table top plate to the assembly
Attach the Tray interlock plate to the spars.
Attach the Tray support
Attach the Tray clamps to the Tray support
Slide the 280mm long 10mm diameter shafts' through the 10mm bearings, and put the Z axis pillow blocks onto the ends of the shafts
Attach Z-Axis belt clamps to the Z-table back plate
