The Future of Food Printing

8/20/09 - The French Culinary Institute and Cornell students are working together to develop a materials platform for printing food on the Fab@Home. In early October, a Model 2 will be delivered to the New York City culinary school. Chefs David Arnold and Nils Noren will be applying their expertise to devise novel material formulations for printing a wide range of food items.
