The Build Origin

Hello,

We just got our Fab@Home version 2 - 2 syringe system. I encountered the following problem during the print - Fab@Home does not recognize the build origin. I do follow all the instructions: loading model to FabStudio sending to printer, then I set the build origin in the middle of the build platform and execute the print. Instead of printing where I positioned, the print head moves all the way to the left and down (towards user) and starts printing in that corner. No matter where I put object in FabStudio software or where I assign the build origin (middle, sides, corners) it keeps doing that.
Any help with resolving this issue will be appreciated.
