bronze bearing flange

This:

Self Lubricating Bronze Bearing 10.02mm Bore 15.9mm Panel Hole diameter SDP/SI A 7Z41MPSB10M

and its 6mm brother have a flange thickness of 0.75mm. The bronze bearing I can get all have at least a flange thickness of 2mm. Is this a problem? Its a bit close next to the pulleys.

Another option would be to use PTFE or POM bearings. These have a flange thickness of 1mm but I'd rather use bronze.

The only thing this might effect is the 6mm ones for the x axis drive shaft. you might be able to just install them with the flange on the other side and then carefully align the pulleys.
